Pedestrian dies after being struck by vehicle, driver faces criminal charges

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police officials have confirmed that the 77-year-old pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle on Thursday, March 2 has died as a result of his injuries.
A 36-year-old Milwaukee man was the driver and he was arrested.
Criminal charges will reportedly be referred to the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office in the coming days.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 77-year-old Milwaukee man is left with life-threatening injuries after he was struck by a vehicle near Layton and Greenfield.
It happened at 2:20 p.m. today.
Police say he is listed in grave condition.
The driver of the vehicle cooperated with police at the scene during the investigation.
