Man shot while walking down the street

Police are investigating after a Milwaukee man was injured in a shooting late Saturday night.

The 25-year-old man told police that he was walking down the street in the 2100 block of W. Lloyd Street when an unknown male came out from between some houses and shot him.

The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment of his non-life threatening injury.

The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
