Man shot during fight, Milwaukee Police detain person of interest

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A man is expected to be okay after Milwaukee Police say he was involved in a fight that resulted in him being shot.
Officers responded to the scene near West Kaul Avenue and N. 61st Street around 10:15 p.m. Thursday. Police learned that a 32-year-old man was involved in a physical fight with another person when he was shot.
First responders treated the man at the scene before taking him to a local hospital. Police say he is expected to survive his injuries and a person of interest has been detained.
