Man sentenced to 40 years for sexual assault of a child

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A Franklin man has been sentenced to 40 years in prison after sexually assaulting a 10-year-old.
Garrett Klumb was also sentenced to 20 years of extended supervision.
Authorities say he had a video that showed him touching a child inappropriately. Klumb turned himself in to police earlier this year.
