WAUKESHA COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 38-year-old man will be sentenced on April 5 for a deadly drunk driving accident in 2017.
Frank Schiller pleaded no contest on Wednesday to a charge of homicide by intoxicated use. In July of 2017, Schiller was driving in Delafield when his car hit a man who had stopped to help another driver with a flat tire. That good Samaritan was killed.
Schiller was found to be under the influence and speeding.
