MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A man is now waiting to be sentenced for leading a deputy on a chase in Milwaukee County that ended in the death of an innocent driver.
Robert Matagi pleaded no contest in court Wednesday to the charge of hit and run involving death.
Authorities say Matagi led them on a chase that started on the interstate back in April. He took an exit during the chase, ran a red light, and crashed into another car, killing a man. Matagi faces up to 25 years when he's sentenced in September.
