MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – The man accused of a hit and run crash that killed a Milwaukee crossing guard has reached a plea deal with prosecutors.
Terrance Harris pleaded guilty to hit and run involving death on Tuesday.
Prosecutors dismissed a charge of knowingly operating while revoked. The crash killed 71-year-old Andrew Tyler as he was on the way to his crossing guard post.
Harris will return to court in June for a sentencing hearing.
