MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The man charged with hitting and killing a Milwaukee crossing guard has reached a plea agreement.
Police say Terrence Harris hit 71-year-old Andrew Tyler as he was walking to his crossing guard post in November and then drove away. Tyler had several surgeries but died.
Harris was arrested six weeks later in California. He is due back in court on April 17.
