Man Known as "Redneck Chaos" Charged with Attempting to Sexually Exploit Children

An Oklahoma man known online as “Redneck Chaos” was arrested for attempting sexual exploitation of two children in Wisconsin.

According to Department of Justice, Timothy B. Brady II of Okmulgee, Oklahoma was charged with two counts of attempted sexual exploitation of a child in violation of 18 United States Code Section 2251.

If convicted of the exploitation offenses, as to each count the defendant faces a mandatory minimum prison sentence of 15 years and a maximum of 30 years of imprisonment, a $250,000 fine, and between 5 years and a lifetime of Supervised Release.

According to the indictment, Brady, known online by his screen name “Redneck Chaos,” knowingly attempted to coerce two Wisconsin children identified in the indictment as “Female A” and “Female B” to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction of that conduct.

The case was investigated by the Seymour Police Department, the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office’s State Bureau of Investigation, the Outagamie County District Attorney’s Office, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Daniel R. Humble.
