Man injured after gun discharges 'accidentally' inside Milwaukee Target store

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Police say a man's gun went off "accidentally" inside a Milwaukee Target store.

It happened Monday morning at the Target on Chase Avenue in Milwaukee.

The man was injured, but is expected to be okay.

No one else was hurt.

Target released the following statement in response:

"At Target, the safety and security of our guests and team members is our top priority. Authorities were notified of this incident immediately. For more information, please contact the Milwaukee Police Department."
