Man filed lawsuit against Milwaukee County for issuing licenses to gay couples

MILWAUKEE -- Rob Braun of Milwaukee County residents have filled a lawsuit against Milwaukee County Executive Chris Abele and the county clerk for issuing same-sex marriage licenses.
Braun filed the necessary paperwork at the Milwaukee County Courthouse on June 12, 2014. We're told the first court date is scheduled for June 30, 2014, at 9:00 a.m.
Wisconsin Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen is filing a motion to have same-sex marriages halted until a federal appeals court makes a decision.
