MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – A 28-year-old man is facing a substantial battery charge after punching an employee at a George Webb restaurant on June 29.
Police say it happened around 1:15 a.m. near 21st and Mitchell. According to a criminal complaint, Raphael Calhoun was upset with the amount of time it was taking for his food to be ready.
Court documents say Calhoun demanded a refund but was not given one. He then went into the kitchen of the restaurant and punched the victim in the face. Surveillance video caught the incident on camera.
The victim was taken to the hospital and diagnosed with a severe concussion.
If convicted, Calhoun faces up to three and a half years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
