WEST ALLIS, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An older man is expected to be okay after he and his dog were hit by a train in West Allis.
It happened near 76th and Hicks Wednesday morning.
Authorities say the man was taken to the hospital for treatment but his injuries are believed to be non-life threatening. The dog did not appear to be hurt and was taken back home.
Police are trying to figure out how and why accident happened.
