Man dies after crashing into tree near 60th and Capitol

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 49-year-old man is dead after he crashed into a tree around 10:45 Sunday night. 

It happened near 60th and Capitol in Milwaukee.  

Milwaukee Police say the man was the only person inside the vehicle and was taken to a local hospital. He later died from his injuries. 

Investigators are still trying to figure out what led up to the crash.
