Man dead after crash in Mount Pleasant

MOUNT PLEASANT, Wis. (CBS 58) -- One man is dead after a fatal crash in Mount Pleasant on Wednesday, April 10. 

According to the Mount Pleasant Police Department, they were dispatched to a single vehicle crash on STH 31, near Indian Hills Drive. 

Police said it was determined the vehicle was traveling northbound around 1:04 p.m. before it crossed over the median and left the roadway.

The vehicle collided with several trees and the adult male operator was found deceased.

The cause of the crash is unknown at this time.
