MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The sentencing for Dwayne Chaney, the man convicted of murdering Michael Prescott, was put on hold Friday afternoon.
Michael Prescott's sister, DeDe Rogers, attacked the 25-year-old in court Friday.
The attack happened when the victims were speaking and the judge asked that nothing be filmed during that part of the sentencing.
Chaney was trial last year for Prescott's murder. He walked away from the courthouse and cut off his GPS tracker. Police found him a few days later hiding in a garbage can.
