Man charged after brass knuckle attack in Racine leaves victim in critical condition

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A Racine man is in critical condition after being attacked with brass knuckles in Racine.

A man is now charged for the attack that happened back in April.

 Ramiro Munoz is charged with Substantial Battery Use of a Dangerous Weapon and Disorderly Conduct.

According to the criminal complaint, Munoz allegedly attacked his former neighbor and distant relative in the 1600 block of Deane Blvd. 

Munoz allegedly hit the victim multiple times in the head and face with what was believed to be brass knuckles.

The victim suffered head injuries, a fracture to the nasal bone, and a partially fractured right incisor.
