Man banned from Muskego Public Library for taking photos of unsuspecting people

MUSKEGO, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 46-year-old Muskego man was banned from the Public Library for taking pictures of unsuspecting patrons.

It happened around 7:48 p.m. on May 13.

Police were called to the library for a report of a suspicious person who was taking the photos. Officers located the man and a consent search was done on his phone.

Officers located numerous photos of unsuspecting individuals.

The man was banned from the library.

Police say the man will be cited for trespassing if he returns.
