MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A man jumped out of the St. Clair apartment building on Milwaukee's east side Sunday afternoon after police confronted him about a disturbance.
Milwaukee Police officers were called to a domestic disturbance at the St. Clair Apartments at the corner of N Marshall Street and E Kilbourn Avenue. At the apartments, officers confronted a man believed be to causing the disturbance. That's when the man attempted to escape by jumping from a 5th floor apartment window onto the roof of the neighboring building.
The man severely injured his leg when landing on the roof. Police say the man was transported to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries and he is expected to face charges related to the incident.
