Man arrested for third OWI after Racine County traffic stop, three children also in vehicle

RACINE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 26-year-old Milwaukee man is in custody after police say he was driving while intoxicated with kids in the car. 

It happened around 7:00 p.m. Wednesday in the Village of Raymond in Racine County. 

Authorities pulled over the driver on the interstate for going 82 in a 60 mph construction zone. 

A woman and three children, including an infant, were in the car at the time. Deputies also found marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a large amount of cash when searching the vehicle. 

The driver, who was already on parole for first-degree reckless injury was arrested and is facing several charges. The woman was also arrested on drug charges.
