MOUNT PLEASANT, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A man is behind bars for driving recklessly with children in the car.
Mount Pleasant Police say the 911 call came from inside the vehicle around 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, June 5.
A woman claimed Joseph Balderas was going 70 miles per hour and weaving through traffic. Balderas crashed the car on Durand Avenue near Cozy Acre Road and took off. No one was seriously hurt.
Police say Balderas was found hiding in the woods.
