Man arrested for 4th OWI offense following crash in Dodge County

DODGE COUNTY (CBS 58) – A 30-year-old Omro man has been arrested following a crash early Thursday morning.
According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, Vince Heath was driving under the influence around 2:26 a.m. on Interstate 41 near State Trunk Highway 28 when he crashed.
Officers on scene administered Narcan to Heath and he regained consciousness. He was then taken to a hospital for a legal blood draw. Results of the blood draw are pending.
