MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Daniel Mangert was ordered to stand trial on Thursday.
He's accused of sexually assaulting a child in a bathroom at Humboldt Park weeks ago.
When the boy's mother confronted him, police say he ran and jumped off a building.
Mangert pleaded not guilty.
His next court appearance is October 19.
