DODGE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Arkansas man accused of kidnapping a pregnant teenager from Beaver Dam in February, appeared in a Wisconsin courtroom Thursday morning, May 1.
Gary Day faces two counts each of child abduction and child enticement.
The 40-year-old was taken into custody last month after he and the missing teen were spotted at a Nebraska truck stop weeks after an Amber Alert was issued.
At Thursday's preliminary hearing, Day pleaded not guilty and was bound over for trial.
His arraignment is set for June 3.
