Make-A-Wish grants bedroom makeover for Milwaukee teen

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Make-A-Wish is once again allowing dreams to come true for an 18-year-old facing a terrible illness.

Kaszmeir lives in Milwaukee, but has always wanted to travel to Paris. She was diagnosed with COPD last fall, a rare disease for someone her age. 

It critically limits her lung function so she can't travel abroad. 

That's when Make-A-Wish and Closets By Design stepped up to bring Paris to her instead.

"It's very important to me personally to give back to your community," said Closets By Design owner Doug Gauert. "To have Make-A-Wish partner with me and my company is a dream come true for me."

Kaszmeir got an entire room makeover featuring Parisian style furniture and more. 

It'll compliment her favorite things - the movie Casablanca, Julie Andrews and Clark Gable.
