Lou Perrine's offers unique tattoo promotion as part of birthday celebration

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A store in Kenosha decided to reward some of their most loyal customers with a unique promotion.

"If you got the Grandpa Lou, you get double points for a year for gas and then the I heart HoHo Cakes, you get a free HoHo Cake for an entire year."

The first 15 people who arrived at Talulah Tattoo on Monday morning to get those tattoos, got those corresponding prizes to Lou Perrine's.

The store is celebrating its 64th Birthday.

People waited in line starting at 5 a.m. to get tattoos.
