Local Wisconsin State Trooper Charged with Possession of Child Pornography

A Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper was charged with possession of child pornography.
Richard Torrez was charged with ten counts of possession of child pornography.
Torrez is a resident of Jefferson County.
According to the criminal complaint, Torrez allegedly told officers he had ten computers at his home and one had child pornography on it.
Officers located child pornography on seven devices in the defendant’s residence.
