MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The term "homeowner" often brings to mind an image of the all-American family moving to the suburbs to raise kids.
But according to new data from the National Association of Realtors, more single woman are buying homes.
Last year they accounted for nearly a fifth of all homes purchased.
Molly Gallagher, a partner for a local real estate agency, Falk Ruvin Gallagher, joined CBS 58 this morning to talk about getting the best deal!
