MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It may be cold outside now but a lot of people are thinking about home improvement projects coming this spring and summer.
There were plenty of ideas at the NARI Spring Home Improvement Show held at State Fair Park over the weekend.
Hundreds of local professionals were there to give advice and insight on how to remodel or improve your home.
Local high school students also competed in a building competition.
"Not only do they get to practice their skills, they're performing in front of professionals who want to hire them so it's great all around," said Jeff Martin, Construction Teacher at New Berlin High School.
Fourteen teams competed in this year's competition.
