Local Group and State Representative Spar over Local ID Bill

Senate Bill 533 is headed to Governor Scott Walker's desk, the bill's co-author expects the governor to sign the bill. Milwaukee based Voces de la Frontera is fighting hard to stop Walker from signing it.

The bill would stop counties from issuing local identification cards, but would not stop cities from doing that.
