MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Whole Grains Council celebrates January as "oatmeal month." While many grow up with it as a warm breakfast staple and a favorite ingredient for cookies, there's much to enjoy about oatmeal beyond its taste and versatility.
Becky Kerkenbush, a registered dietitian at Watertown Regional Medical Center joined us on Monday, Jan. 23 to discuss some of the health benefits of eating oatmeal as part of a balanced diet.
