A Milwaukee Alderman wants the city to install red light cameras after the death of a 27-year-old woman and her 11-month old daughter.
They were killed when a driver ran a red light and t-boned their car near 35th and Capitol yesterday.
Alderman Tony Zielinski wants the State Legislature to allow the city to install the system.
He says the cameras that take pictures of drivers blowing through red lights would save lives, make drivers slow down, and bring in revenue from violators.
