WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The Suburban Milwaukee Lions Club will collect toys for children and winter coats for the homeless Sunday, Dec. 14 from noon to 3 p.m. at Alioto's, 3041 N. Mayfair Rd. in Wauwatosa.
Michael Gallagher, president of the Suburban Milwaukee Lions Club, Dick Deschane, organizer of Gifts for Goodness Sake, and Vicky Kennedy, president of the Milwaukee Kubwa Lions Club, joined us Wednesday, Dec. 3 to preview the event.
The Suburban Milwaukee Lions Club is partnering with the Salvation Army and the Milwaukee Kubwa Lions for the collection drive.
The event is open to the public. Donations of new or gently used winter coats are accepted.
