Lawsuit filed over in-custody death of 21-year-old Brieon Green

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A lawsuit has been filed over the in-custody death of 21-year-old Brieon Green.
Green's mother, Laquita Dunlap, is filing the suit against three employees of the Milwaukee County Jail who were there when Green died, along with Milwaukee County and the healthcare company that works with the jail.
Green died by suicide in June of 2022.
The lawsuit alleges employees should have placed Green on suicide watch, and that one employee saw Green harming himself, but never called for help.
