(LAKE GENEVA) - Perhaps you have an uncle, friend or co-worker who's a hit at birthday parties for knowing how to twist a balloon into a sword or poodle. Sara Meyer, the owner of Wisconsin Balloon decor, has taken the craft of balloon artistry to new heights and was recently recognized for her talents on a world stage.
