Lake Express Ferry Receives Bicycle Donations

Donating a bike today will get you a free ride on the Lake Express Ferry.

For the sixth year in a row, its accepting gently used bikes.

In return, you'll get a free round trip between Milwaukee and Muskegon, Michigan.

Last year the lake express reached 650 bike donations, and organizers say they're on pace to beat that this year.

The Milwaukee Bicycle Collective helps make sure the donated bikes find new homes. last year they had enough bikes to donate them to a community in Africa.
