The longtime suspect in the Kelly Dwyer disappearance and murder is going to trial in February of next year.
Kris Zocco pleaded not guilty, but the court found probable cause to send him to trial for first degree reckless homicide.
Dwyer's body was found two years after she went missing in 2013. Zocco is serving time on drug and child porn charges that came about during a search of his apartment in the Dwyer case.
