Kompost Kids 2014 Dirt Day Giveaway at Bradley Tech High School

Kompost Kids is proud to announce Bradley Tech High School as the beneficiary of this year’s Dirt Day giveaway on May 10. We’ll be building compost bins, painting buckets, moving dirt, and working with our new partner to launch their community garden. Stop by to join in the fun, 12 – 4 p.m. Congratulations, Bradley Tech!

Once again, we’ll be harnessing all the people power we can muster to make this a successful event. We’ll have kid-friendly garden activities, lots of opportunities to get dirty in the most healthy way, and plenty of good cheer to boot. The Farm’s Composting will be offering 50-lb. bags of their excellent compost for just $8 (plus a suggested donation of $2 to Kompost Kids). It’s a steal. Come and help us celebrate with Bradley Tech, 700 S. 4th Street.
