Kohl's now accepts Amazon returns at all stores

Amazon Returns at Kohl’s is now available at more than 1,100 stores nationwide.

Customers can now visit their local Kohl’s store to return eligible Amazon items without a box or label, for a free return.

Kohl’s packages and sends returned items to Amazon return centers on behalf of customers.

Kohl’s and Amazon piloted the returns program in 100 stores in the Los Angeles, Chicago and Milwaukee markets.

In April, Kohl’s announced plans to roll out the service to all stores in July.
