Kenosha police: Woman killed, man in critical condition after motorcycle crash with suspected drunk driver

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A 38-year-old Kenosha woman was killed by a suspected drunk driver in a vehicle vs. motorcycle crash on Monday, May 25. 

It happened near 60th Street and 29th Avenue around 5:30 p.m.

The Kenosha Police Department says a 66-year-old driver, identified as Archie Heath from Kenosha, is believed to have caused the crash. 

The 38-year-old victim was pronounced dead at the scene. A second motorcycle occupant, a 41-year-old Kenosha man, was transported by Flight for Life to a local hospital in critical condition. 

Heath was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and is currently being held on charges including homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle.
