Kenosha police: 61-year-old man seriously injured in stabbing, suspect in custody

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police say a 61-year-old Kenosha man was seriously injured in a stabbing near 67th and 18th Avenue Friday, July 10.

The victim was located with serious injuries around 10:40 a.m. and taken to Froedtert Hospital via Flight for Life.

Police say he is in serious condition but expected to survive. 

The suspect, a 30-year-old Kenosha man, was arrested near the scene. 

Charges of attempted first degree intentional homicide will be referred to the Kenosha County District Attorney.
