Kenosha man arrested for fatal hit-and-run of pedestrians from October

ZION, Ill. (CBS 58) -- Zion Police have arrested a Kenosha man for a fatal hit-and-run crash that happened on October 21, 2017.

34-year-old Kenosha man Dennis Russell was arrested on March 20 at his house in Kenosha for the warrants.

Russell is accused of hitting two pedestrians in Zion, Illinois. One of the pedestrians, a 19-year-old from Pleasant Prairie, died.

Russell is being held in Kenosha County Jail pending extradition to Lake County, IL.
