Kenosha issues snow emergency

KENOSHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A snow emergency has been issued for Kenosha starting at 11:59 p.m. Saturday and lasting until 11:59 p.m. Sunday.
During the snow emergency parking is prohibited on all city streets.
