Kenosha believe it was intentional act when car drove into harbor

Kenosha Fire Department said in a release it believes it was an intentional act when the vehicle drove into the harbor on September 6.
A 22 year-old woman was the lone occupant of the vehicle that submerged in 15 feet of water 64 feet from the shore.

She was taken to Kenosha Hospital and Medical Center and later pronounced deceased.
