kenosha Amazon Workers Donate $20,000 Worth of Smoke Detectors

The Amazon fulfillment center has over 2,000 full-time employees who donated $20,000 worth of smoke detectors on Tuesday.

The smoke detectors were given to the Kenosha Fire Department for distribution to local homes.

Part of Amazon's commitment includes giving back to the communities where employees live and work.

Non-functional smoke detectors are a major cause of fire-related deaths in southeast Wisconsin.
