Jury trial set for former Milwaukee officer charged in Joel Acevedo's death

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A trial date has been set for former Milwaukee police officer Michael Mattioli.
He's accused of putting a man in a chokehold, causing his death.
Mattioli was off-duty at the time.
The jury trial is scheduled for May 2 and will take place in Milwaukee County Circuit Court.
