MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The man charged with shooting and killing Milwaukee Police Officer Matthew Rittner was in court Thursday morning.
A judge ordered Jordan Fricke jury trial to start July 8.
Prosecutors say Fricke shot Officer Rittner during a raid on a home on the south side in February.
