Jury finds probable cause for charges against seven Milwaukee County Jail employees in the death of Terrill Thomas.
The jury unanimously voted "yes" for criminal charges in the death of Thomas at the county jail.
Thomas went seven days without water in his cell last year and died in custody of dehydration.
The jury has been hearing testimony from current and former sheriff's office officials for the past week.
This doesn't necessarily mean someone will be charged. The District Attorney is not required to take the recommendation of the jury.
