Jumping Up & Down to Raise Money for Royal Family KIDS Camp

For the next three days, Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park in Waukesha is playing host to a big party, not for just one kid, but for those who go to Royal Family KIDS Camp in Hartland.

For one week in August, this camp provides a weeklong experience for children ages seven to 12 who have been either abused or neglected and are in the foster care system. Many of these kids have never had a birthday party.

So, the trampoline park thought it would be a good idea to throw a birthday party open house.  And for anyone who brings a new, unwrapped child's gift valued at $10 or more will receive 30 free minutes of jump time. There will also be a host of activities on Saturday, including games and prizes.

Our Michael Schlesinger showed up ready to do some jumping of his own during the CBS58 Morning News but quickly realized how hard it is to shoot a basketball while on a trampoline.
