CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee County Judge Hannah Dugan is once again asking the court to reverse her verdict.
She was convicted in December of felony obstruction for helping an undocumented man avoid being arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.
Dugan's lawyers made four key arguments in the new filing, including a claim that the jury in her case got flawed instructions from the court.
